 1. It is recommended effectuate reservations in advance, they must be send you the documents before your arrival.
2. By Fax or email.
3. When the reservation is confirmed, a deposit f 50% must be paid. Our account number of Banco Nacional is the following:

- Code: Swift code BNCRCRSJ
- Dollars ( U.S. $): savings account no. 502211-0 Banco Nacional de Costa Rica
4. In any case, all reservation must be cancelled at 100% before the lending of services.
5. From the moment that Cooprena R.L./SIMBIOSIS Tours confirm the reservation, it is responsible to operate the service due. Consequently all cancellation will have to be notified by fax ore mail and will remain to the following conditions of refund:
- 30 days or more 100% refundable.
- 29 days to 15 days 75%
- 14 days to 8 days 50%
- 7 days or less Not refundable.
6. If by greater force the passenger/group must cancel his reservation with an anticipation smaller to 7 days, a change of date in the benefit of the services could be allowed or to grant a credit in favor of the client whose validity will be valued in each case in individual.
7. Cooprena R. L. / SIMBIOSIS Tours have the right to change the journey to any other tour offer by them if they consider it will be benefit for the client.
8. Cooprena R. L. / SIMBIOSIS Tours have the right to solicit anyone who abandon the tour whose can affect the enjoyment of other passengers.
9. Cooprena R. L / SIMBIOSIS Tours is not responsible for any accident, loss, error and damage the person can have during his stay in any Lodge members. Neither, it is responsible of the bad temperature, or others any coercion who make impossible or stop all or in part the lending of services offered.
10. Cooprena R. L. / SIMBIOSIS Tours subcontract extern’s services as transports, hotels, restaurants, etc. who possess their own cancellation policies and insurance and have priority on our policy.
11. Rates can be modified without previous advice.
12. Rates are valid until November 2006.
13.Groups: it is considered group when it is over 10 persons. |
