Experience the authentic culture in the town of San Antonio de Escazú and discover the Costa Rican traditions in this charming place. This town is known for its oxen, and the second week of March of each year it hosts the traditional ox-parade. During this tour you will visit the ox monument, visit a traditional sugar mill where you will learn about the process of making sugar from sugarcane. You will also visit a workshop for the traditional masks used in all kinds of Costa Rican celebrations, where they will show you how these are made as well as show you a traditional dance with them.
